During physical activity, the device dynamically supports the user's legs by analyzing their gait in real time. This intelligent assistance reduces overall physical exertion and contributes to a lower heart rate.

Are sumbu exoskeleton suitable for medical use?

The exoskeleton is designed to support activities such as walking, hiking, or running—by assisting with leg mobility. However, it is a consumer product and is not FDA-approved or classified as a medical device. for safety reasons, we do not recommend using it for medical purposes or as a substitute for medical treatments.

How much weight is the product?

Featuring lightweight materials and a thin, breathable soft design, the total weight is under 2 kg (excluding the battery).

How many specifications are available?

Our product currently offers three specifications:

Is it safe to use the exoskeleton in different environments?

Yes, the product is designed for both indoor and outdoor use with an IP65 protection rating. Its operating environment allows for temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C. The built-in hardware and algorithms detect changes in human body posture to control the motor's torque output, ensuring user safety.

Can I bring the battery on an airplane?

Yes, you can bring our battery when traveling by air, according to FAA PackSafe regulations, batteries carried on board must:Have a watt-hour (Wh) rating of 100 Wh or less,our battery is 99 Wh,It complies with aviation regulations and is safe for air travel. Important reminder: Please always carry the battery with you in your carry-on luggage; do not place it in checked baggage.

How to store the exoskeleton?

Store the exoskeleton in a dry, temperature-controlled environment (15°C to 25°C),remove the battery and avoid direct sunlight, use a protective bag or case to keep it dust-free.
